Police officer Heather is writing Alex a ticket for parking illegally. He pleads his case that there were no visable signs but officer Heather was not hearing it. BUT, when she realizes that Alex is a making a film she of course wants to be a star like all stupid bitches and, she agrees to have him take pictures of her in exchange for ripping up the ticket.
